1. Agreement to Terms

2. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to accurately describe and display our products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, pricing, or other content is accurate, complete, or error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to update information at any time.

3. Raw Meat Disclosure

All NRSP reindeer meat sold through this website is raw and not ready-to-eat. It is harvested, handled, frozen, and sold in line with State of Alaska requirements for reindeer offered at retail, including the specialized rules for reindeer from the Alaska Food Code.

By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that:
• The product is sold raw and must be cooked thoroughly
• You will cook the product to an internal temperature of 165°F or higher before serving
• You are responsible for safe handling and storage, including keeping the product cold, avoiding cross-contamination, and following standard food-safety practices

4. Ordering & Availability

• All orders are subject to product availability
• We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse any order
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Product availability may vary based on season and inventory

5. Payment

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars
• Payment is required at the time of purchase
• For wholesale/B2B orders, a deposit may be required to secure your order

6. Shipping & Delivery

Public Orders:
• Customers are responsible for coordinating all shipping and logistics
• This includes booking air cargo or freight carriers, scheduling shipment timing, and covering all shipping costs
• Products are perishable and shipped frozen — proper cold-chain handling is required
• Once the order is handed to the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer

Wholesale/B2B Orders:
• Wholesale customers are responsible for coordinating all shipping and freight
• Shipping schedules depend on airline availability and may vary
• Orders are not processed until deposit is received

Common air cargo routes are available upon request.

7. Wholesale / B2B Accounts

• Wholesale access requires completion and approval of a wholesale application
• Submission does not guarantee approval
• A minimum order of $500 applies to all wholesale orders
• Wholesale pricing and terms are provided upon account approval

8. Account Responsibilities

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for:
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

9. Intellectual Property
