SHIPPING POLICY

1. Shipping Responsibility

All customers — both public and wholesale — are fully responsible for coordinating and paying for all shipping and freight logistics. This includes:

  • Booking air cargo or freight carrier
  • Scheduling shipment timing
  • Paying all shipping costs

2. Order Preparation & Handoff

  • We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup/shipment
  • You must confirm your carrier and shipment details
  • Product will be prepared and packaged for transport
  • Once the order is transferred to the carrier, responsibility shifts to the customer

3. Perishable Product Handling

  • All products are perishable and shipped frozen
  • Proper cold-chain handling is required at all times
  • Customers are responsible for proper handling and storage upon delivery

Shipping schedules depend on airline availability and may vary.

5. Shipping Delays

Nunivak Reindeer / NRSP is not responsible for shipping delays, weather-related interruptions, or carrier issues once the product has been handed off to the carrier.

REFUND POLICY

6. No Returns on Perishable Products

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier.

7. Quality Concerns

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will review the issue and work with you to find a resolution, which may include:

  • Replacement of the affected product
  • Store credit
  • Partial or full refund at our discretion

Please include photos of the product and packaging when reporting an issue.

8. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before they are prepared for shipment
  • Once an order has been prepared and packaged, cancellation may not be possible
  • For wholesale orders, deposits may be non-refundable depending on order status
