Our NRSP reindeer meat is sold raw so you can season and cook it exactly the way you like. It is harvested, handled, frozen, and sold in line with State of Alaska requirements for reindeer offered at retail, including the specialized rules for reindeer from the Alaska Food Code.

For your safety and best eating experience, please remember: this is a raw product and must be cooked thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165°F or higher before enjoying.
